I have some personal documents need to print out and the staff offered free service to me.

We informed the staff that my mom has alzheimer’s and she took note and informed us that she will inform the rest of the staff. That was a great gesture that we appreciate very much!

The host kindly left the keys in a lock box and sent me a very clear explanatory video in order to obtain the keys when I arrived. It was easy to understand. I liked the warm room, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the place, the bed. Extraordinary comfort in every way. Moreover, I had to go to Gatwick airport and I received a message from the host to help me getting there and he called me a taxi. In addition, I received messages the day before my arrival and the same day to find out if everything was going well. I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Ana guest house because you will be very well received there. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and you will be really delighted with your stay.

We asked for an early check in after a long over in HR flight. The staff could not be more helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and is immaculately clean and the decor is very nice and modern
