The room was clean and had a microwave, a mini fridge, plates, and glasses for 2 persons, and an iron. The room's air conditioning system was good. I didn't try the breakfast. There is a point for this place that usually you can't find many people speaking English in Istanbul but their receptionists were able to communicate and that was important for me. After all, I think that this place is one of the best for a solo traveler who wants to stay somewhere near Istiklal St. and Taksim Sq, but maybe not the best option for a family. It was my third time in Istanbul and Element Garden was better than many 4-star hotels in the city, You can feel like your home. Thank you for everything, and wish you the best for your career.

We stayed in White Palace Hotel for a week over New Year’s and it was really nice the owner and the staff were super friendly specially Houssam he was very nice and helpful, the owner was very good he looked after us really well, we got complementary tea and coffee throughout our stay which was amazing, the owner helped us to change money and recommend us places to shop and site-seeing and restaurants, they really made our trip so much easier and nicer 😊
