LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This place was right by the Spanish Steps right in the middle of the city. Everything was walkable and there were tons of shops and restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend staying here.

The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. Paolo was amazing in greeting us once we arrived. he explained everything , gave us a map of Rome. The property was clean and location is amazing.
