So clean and comfortable and decorated so beautifully! Location was prime; two minute walk to the beach. I was considering staying at a high rise major hotel chain and am SO glad I did not! This gem of a property and Marie, the hostess, exceeded my expectations exponentially!

We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Situated in Tampa, 400 metres from Amalie Arena and 300 metres from the centre, ROOST Tampa features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a rooftop pool. Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.
