Set in Palm Beach Shores and only 200 metres from Riviera Beach, Fernando Flats offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. What did I like??? EVERYTHING. This property and the host are amazing. The attention to detail and the little things. The washcloths felt like butter and the bath towels were to die for! The flat I stayed in was so impressive. Every comfort I could have wanted was in the unit. Coffee, beach towels, toiletries. I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. So clean and comfortable and decorated so beautifully! Location was prime; two minute walk to the beach. I was considering staying at a high rise major hotel chain and am SO glad I did not! This gem of a property and Marie, the hostess, exceeded my expectations exponentially!

Mint House St. Petersburg - Downtown provides accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of St Petersburg, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Very clean, complete with everything. Very organized. Will be highly recommended to friends and colleagues. Wish we could have stayed longer. Near all shops and restaurants. Located within 200 metres of Sunset Beach and 1.2 km of Treasure Island, The Roth Hotel, Treasure Island, Florida features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in St Pete Beach. I loved this location. It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. I felt very safe and at home here and I still had access to everything I wanted to do.

Conveniently set in the Madeira Beach district of St Pete Beach, Sunset Beach Suites is located 100 metres from Madeira Beach, 2.5 km from Treasure Island and 1.9 km from John's Pass. Location and price were excellent! Very close to the beach and everything else. Kitchen had the basics, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Set in Marco Island, just 300 metres from South Marco Beach, Marco Beach Ocean Suites offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a fitness centre, a garden and free WiFi. This property is a lovely former hotel now run as an Air B + B so it is perfect for independent travelers that appreciate a quiet environment and undisturbed room. Valet and Reception staff were very friendly, The suite was nicely furnished, clean, body care products + linens were plentiful, and the partial ocean view was nice. Set yourself up for a perfect breakfast on the balcony with a trip to Ori's Bakery & Cafe, they have divine sweet and savory pastries plus fantastic key lime pie.

Situated in Tampa, 400 metres from Amalie Arena and 300 metres from the centre, ROOST Tampa features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a rooftop pool. Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.
