Very nice staff, good service. Always there to help, and big part of the reason we stayed longer. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Clean rooms. Just 200 meters away from the free shuttlebus to Harry Potter (Watford Junction) and 20 minutes by train to London City Euston. We visited a Nice italian restaurant about 10 min walk from the hotel, also saw a Foodmarket with many little restaurants just around the corner.
Ideally located close to Watford Town Centre, and with easy access to the M25 and M1 motorways, the Southern Cross is a friendly local pub with a lively atmosphere.

It was perfect for our little staycation! It was only 5/10 minutes from Harry Potter World. The owner was extremely helpful and let us drop our bags off early. It was extremely clean and tidy. It is on a quiet residential street so felt very safe and had a drive to park the car.

We went to Watford purely for a family visit as this is where we used to live. It was great to go back and revisit some of our old favourite places and acted as a good base for us to travel out to other surrounding locations. I would however not recommend for a holiday destination as the main town centre has very few shops etc or much to see.
Great location for train line into London etc.

Watford is a great location from which you can access London. There are lots of different restaurants, shops and activities easily accessed in the centre of town. We found Watford was a great base to stay as it provided superb access to the Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter tour.

I visited Watford for work.
I visited Watford for work. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Good mix of coffee, food and bar options within a couple of minutes walk, some chains and some independent. Easy parking.
The flat was lovely and very clean. We were only a 10 min walk from Watford junction. The little estate the flats are located on is very beautiful and we got free parking with the booking. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He was very easy to get hold of and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay again as it was great value for money and only 20 mins to Euston on the fast train. Probably the best place I’ve stayed on a London trip. Also very near to the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
Booking was easy i liked the option to pay just before stay, the location was perfect for warner brothers studios tour hop skip and a jump from watford junction station so shuttle bus to studio tour perfect if you have children with special needs who dont travel well i requested early check in and our room was ready for us we were amazed that we got a 2 bedroom apartment for same price you d pay for a hotel room and we liked that no noise or parties is a policy
This apartment is perfectly located. We had tickets for WB Harry Potter studio tour, the apartment is perfect for that. We had a day in London before yhe tour, apartment 2 Mins from Watford Junction, really cheap to get into Euston. We will stay here again for weekends in London because the price is amazing compared to London properties and so much more included in an apartment. Hitesh is an excellent owner, loved chatting with him
Peter is an amazing owner, tells you what you need to know to move with the public service. it’s not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s comfy , warm and tidy. very good breakfast, you have to manage by yourself, but there are lots of choices. close enough to the underground either you can catch a Uber to watford junction for 6$ or by walk within 20 min. The room was big enough , with all the necessary in. very good stay.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was kept very clean.
The location was perfect. two minute walk to the high street with lots of restaurant and takeaway options.
Also just a 15 minute walk to Watford junction which was super easy for our day trip to the London. Buses from the train station are easy to get to Harry Potter Studio tours.
absolutely perfect for our family trip.
When I stay in hotels my main issue is always that there isn’t any water, the 5L bottle in my room at this stay was greatly appreciated and a lovely surprise! The host is beyond lovely and makes you feel so welcome. The bed is sooo comfortable aswell! Definitely booking this place again as soon as I can!
The house made us feel like not to end our vacation, fell inlove with Watford.
The Atria Mall had everything we needed. The Train station was just 5mins to the house on the high street.
The staff responded in max 15mins to our requests. And we had everything we needed all through. Very spacious too.
The property is near Watford town so I was able to do what I wanted to do in town without using my car. The staff to the property are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel that you are in the right place. The whole house is warm, rooms are very big and the carpet floor is very nice.
a cheap hotel sited near the Watford railway station, they have a typical restaurant/pub on the bottom.
It is perfect for someone would like taste English food and breakfast, for someone that prefer Italian food they could walk until the near city centre.
The location was great, a 1-2 minute walk from Watford Junction Station, ideal for harry potter studio tour. Staff were very helpful when we needed extra milk for the room and hotel was very clean, rooms were a decent size.
The location was great, I chose it because we were going to Harry Potter World and the shuttle bus was nearby. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and the sofa bed was comfortable too.
this flat is located near everything watford junction has a free shuttle to Harry Potter studio which is a 10 min walk from the flat. the train Also will take you into the heart of London what a great location
Large room with a comfortable bed and even a lounge. A small desk made checking emails easy and the hotel is quite close to High Street which made walking to find dinner easy. Breakfast was convenient.
