Housekeeper changed tumble dryer and got electrician to change faulty electrical plug when we reported not working. All facilty such as microwave, airfryer, fridge, cooker was present including TV and WiFi, kettle, Iron, ironing board and clean bedding and towels provided.

Location is great because of O2, transport, view and lots to do. Lovely to get (£6) cable cart to 02 or walk along water or sit in lounge, outside and watch views of London.
The room wasn't anything special, and although we had a nice view, the room itself wasn't great as carpet was dirty and window had rust around it.
The shower was great, and toiletries are quality and smell divine. Also really good they provide a mini vanity pack.
The complimentary water is great, and (although I'm not a great recycler) I loved the bottle they came in, very different.
Breakfast was delicious with good variety& quality of buffet English breakfast.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
This modern hotel is in London Docklands, 0.2 km from Canning Town Station, a 20-minute drive from the O2 Arena and a 10-minute drive from the ExCel Exhibition Centre.

It was fairly pleasant - no noise, reasonably clean, OK breakfast. Just nothing special.
The Clarendon overlooks historic Blackheath and Greenwich Park as well as views of London and offers a village atmosphere just 15 minutes' from central London by train.

Very clean and room was well equipt. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed really comfy. Really close and easy access to the o2 by DSL and underground
