Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Perfect location, beautiful view from the rooms and the rooftop terrace. Very close to the beach. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. Overall highly recommended.

The bus stop is just across the street and the busses to the old town leave every 10-20 minutes and costs 2€ (cash). The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.
