Any questions we had were quickly and personally addressed. Very responsive. Its close to a supermarket so that you can get supplies, laundry and to the train station as well. This was only the 2nd hostel I'd ever stayed in and I'm 68. It was quaint and comfortable. I especially liked the center table with the many connections for phone charging. My sister and I slept on bunk beds in a room with a dozen other people. It was our first night on the Camino. Quite a few snorers!! I enjoyed our stay, found out that we could have our backpacks transported, and booked private rooms the rest of the way!!!
