Radcliffes Lodge er staðsett í Amble, í innan við 16 km fjarlægð frá Alnwick-kastala og 38 km frá Bamburgh-kastala. What a fantastic time my two dogs and I had here! We were greeted by the very helpful and friendly Tony who showed us round our room and the communal areas. He was very helpful and kicked our stay off to a wonderful start. It was just a one night stop over before an event in the area the next day but it felt like a mini holiday. The hostel is the most well equipped, clean and modern hostel I've ever stayed in! Everything you could possibly need during your stay, especially the kitchen facilities - free tea, coffee and cooking essentials were so helpful. Easy, free parking right outside the front door too. It was spacious and comfortable, truly dog friendly and the rooms were immaculate. Will definitely be back again when I'm next in the area.

Nice and clean place in the peaceful country side close to Hexham and some of the main sights along Hadrian's Wall. Nick was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a quiet week so had the whole place to myself, but everything I needed was at the hostel/bunkhouse. Basic breakfast available for a cheap price, good WiFi, beautiful nature surroundings and quiet so I could get a good night's sleep. Good budget accommodation to stay for a few nights. Hexham is a 17 minutes drive with bus, the bus came only every second hour, but was always on time, so getting back and forth was relatively easy.

Greenhead Hostel er staðsett í Greenhead, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Thirlwall-kastala og 14 km frá rómverska virkinu Housesteads. Superb location for ghose on Hadrian's Wall path. Run by hotel across the street, so there is no staff at hostl at any time, which is fine. Super clean, and they provide towels shich is a bonus. Has bus stops close by if needed for easy access
