We loved the room so much! It was open, airy, spacious, comfortable, very accommodating, quiet and tranquil. I was massively surprised at how accurate the reviews were. It seemed like a gamble at first, taking my 3 nieces away with me and my husband, thinking they might complain- but they absolutely loved it! So did I. I loved the rustic theme, the fact there were so many beds to choose from- the location of the toilet was perfect for me. I liked that the toilet was so old school using chippings rather than water. There were wild chickens roaming which was super cute. We got to sit and have a campfire going (we brought our own fire wood) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We went to Alton Towers theme park over the course of two days and the location was brilliant for that. There is also a garage just down the road (kinda need a car) which was handy for snack/food and milk etc.

Great location, safe and convenient things nearby
Great location in centre of Buxton, massive room, friendly staff. Cheapest rooms are apparently window-free, so we didn't take one of those. But still it was a low price for our room in an iconic hotel. Didn't try the breakfast as loads of nice local eateries within 5 minutes.
Clean, functional budget hotel. Great location next to venues. Easy access to tram.
Lovely layout , clean great location . Felt safe and secure
Great location, safe parking, good bus route access to city centre
Great location some fabulous features in the building. We booked it the same day as we were visiting for the day and decided to stay over , so it was cheap but for the money great value.
It's in a great location with plenty of choice to eat and drink so surprisingly, it's really quiet at night. There's a Sainsburys close by and the main shopping area just a short walk away. The apartment was modern, very clean with a comfy bed and good shower and we felt very safe. We liked everything about this apartment and will definitely book again the next time we're in Sheffield. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful too.
Breakfast was nice, but selection was a little limited compared to other hostels I've stayed in. The actual main building was stunning, the annex where I stayed was in need of better more reactive lighting outside, for safety.
Great location for where I was attending. Clean and had everything I needed for a cheap stay.
For a budget quick stay this hotel is ideal. Friendly staff, great location, shower was fantastic, really hot quickly and powerful. TV was great, beds were OK, did the job! I slept really well, it was quiet and I was undisturbed. I will definitely stay here again, cheaper than a hostel for two of us!
